Had a comfortable stay on my business trip. the rooms were reasonably spacious with free Wi-Fi. - the hotel's position was marvelous, really close to everything - restaurants, mall, interstate, and other points of interest.

This place has a fantastic convenient location surrounded by restaurants and it's easy to go anywhere from here with plenty of food choices in walking distance.

Road noise was too much in room facing busy highway. Didn't like that the tiny shampoo and soap wasn't replenished for 2nd day. Need to supply extra blanket in room.

The location was good and magnificent for traveling around Charlotte, really close to other points of interest and shopping centers. It also was in a great area for convenient shopping particularly for out-of-towners.

We were happy with everything except the bed kept cracking every time you moved it sounded like it was broken they moved us to another room.

More people at the desk when checking in, we waited for almost twenty five minutes for someone to come also other people were waiting.
